新加坡公司注册基本条件
Company Name
公司名称必须为英文，目前不接受中文名称注册。拟用名称不得使用敏感字眼，也不得与已有公司、企业或组织名称相同或高度相似，同时不能与保留名称或政府机关名称重名。注册官根据近似度拥有最终裁量权，决定是否予以批准。
Company address
必须提供一个新加坡本地注册地址；若地址变更，须在14天内通知新加坡会计与企业管制局（ACRA）。
Business scope
每家公司最多可选择2个营业项目。
Registered capital
最低注册资本为1新元，No upper limit。新加坡公司通常无硬性实缴期限要求，No stamp duty is levied。注册资本可以新币或其他常用外币表示，但建议使用新币。
company director
董事必须是年满18周岁的自然人。The board of directors may consist of one or more directors，但至少须有一名本地董事。本地董事指持有新加坡护照、永久居民身份或创业准证的人士。
company shareholders
股东组成无限制，既可为自然人或公司，并允许由非新加坡人及非新加坡公司100%控股。
Registration time
ACRA审核预注册申请的法定时限为14个工作日，实际通常3至5个工作日即可获批。

- After the name is approved，依据该名称起草相关签字文件
- 向ACRA提交签字文件并支付注册cost，等待审批（审批时间通常为3至5个工作日）
- ACRA正式批准公司成立
新加坡公司注册费用
注册过程中须向ACRA缴纳官方注册费，具体金额视公司类型与注册资本而定，并随政府年度收费标准调整而变化。申请人应在提交签字文件时一并缴纳费用，方可获得批准。
